This law is going to discuss the people who fall under the category of domestic violence and who have restraining orders to own a gun and the Supreme Court is going to make a law for it. This is the latest case to see the willingness of the majority of people about the fact of increasing gun rights.
This case was approved by President Joe Biden’s administration of the lower court itself. The intent was to protect the people who became the victims of domestic abuse which has fallen under the violation of “Keep and bear arms’ ‘, the US Constitution’s Second Amendment right.
During the argument, the lawyers showed their concern about the increased rate of domestic abuse due to Gun rights in the U.S. When the Justices shared the argument, around 250 people joined the rally representing their urge to reverse the 5th Circuit ruling. The rally was organized and maintained by some gun safety and domestic violence prevention groups.
