They decided to name the helpline number CALL and the full form of this name is The Campus Antisemitism Legal Line. There are going to 1800 volunteers who come from lawyers Gibson Dunn, Hillel International the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, and the Anti-Defamation League,
Reportedly there were cases of antisemitism on campus for over a month basically since the Israel and Palestine war started and some students take the side of any nation and create violence on the campus.
Some days before many well-known law firms in the US. filed a petition and urged the deans of top schools in the USA, to take a stand against it. In an article, Orin Snyder the partner of Gibson Dunn said “Our north star is to keep college students safe and to provide them with a mechanism to seek counsel if that’s what’s necessary to ensure they’re safe on campus,”
