As per the reports, Burger King has been blamed for breaking the promise given to the customers. It has misleading the customers showing a meatier patty and ingredients of a burger overflowing.
According to the media, the BBC reported Altman, US District Judge Roy has rejected the blame. He claimed that the burger was created larger than before to meet the needs of hungry customers.
He also addressed that Burger King must take a stand against the claim by saying that it was just a depiction on the menu board that misled the customers.
Although Burger King addressed that it is not always necessary for the burger to look exactly the same as given in the picture. The judge also replied by saying “Tell us what reasonable people think” as per the reports.
The judge canceled the claim based on ads and reports. He didn’t find any clips where Burger King promised about its size and patty weight.
