Graduates have to complete two years in 4 sets, six months per seat rotation. Before choosing the last seat or track you have to complete the last 18 months’ seats. This scheme does not fulfill the qualification of a solicitor. These seats will be divided into groups between 3 broad areas. These areas are:
1) Technology, Legal ops, and Project management
2) People and operations
3) Clients and Business Development
Jill Hoseason, the chief operating officer of Slaughter and May said,
