According to the reports, almost 70 students feel sick in South West Delhi’s Sagarpur after consuming the midday meal on Friday.
The Delhi Government has issued a complaint against the mid-day meal provider. Under the appropriate section, an FIR has been registered.
Almost 70 students of classes 8 and 6 of Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya School fell ill and started vomiting after consuming the meal.
As per the police, those students were taken to DDU Hospital in Dabri. It was stated by the school authority that the students were given soya, which comprised poori-sabzi which caused them stomach pain and vomiting.
As per the reports, DCP said,
When students complained about pain, further distribution of food and juice was stopped.
